Robots do the repeatable work; certified welders do the difficult work
Qualified WPS first, robots second: robotic cells for series consistency, MIG-MAG, TIG, stud and spot processes for range, handheld laser welding for premium thin sheet — all under ISO 3834-2 certified welding management.

The warehouse answers in two minutes
An automated storage system manages semi-finished products to every workstation with a two-minute service time — logistics reliability engineered into the building, not promised in a brochure.
Verify it: bring a spec from your own BOM and start your watch. Two minutes is two minutes.
Quality is measured, not inspected
3D-scanning quality control integrated in the production flow — precise geometric measurement on live series, not a scanner posed for the audit photograph.
Verify it: pull inspection reports across dates — real factories find problems, and log them.
One factory, nine technologies, zero interfaces
Engineering, laser cutting (1–15 mm), bending and panel bending, rolling, welding, shot blasting, surface treatment, powder coating, assembly and testing — a finished, tested component under a single digital roof. Not a kit. Not a subcontract chain.
Verify it: you cannot hide subcontracting in a real ERP — it appears as a purchase order.
Sixty percent of the energy is our own sunlight
A 60% solar-powered operation — an ESG line for your supplier questionnaire that doubles as a cost-stability line for your controller.
